23rd State LLC does not issue refunds. All sales are final.

 

Replacement Policy

We understand that issues can arise, and we are committed to resolving them. We work only with trusted vendors who stand behind their products. In cases of genuine issues, we are happy to provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

 

Eligibility for Replacement

  • Requests for product replacements must be made within 60 days of purchase.

  • Due to the unknown conditions of the products after they leave our store, we cannot issue replacements for requests made after 60 days.

  • Requests for damaged or defective product replacements must be made within 7 days of delivery and require photo evidence of the issue.

 

How to Request a Replacement

    • Order number

    • Brief description of the issue

    • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with the next steps.

  • If approved, we will send a replacement product or issue store credit based on the original purchase price.

 

Store Credits

  • Store credits are calculated based on the price of the product(s) at the time of purchase.

  • All replacements will be provided in the form of replacement products or store credit at our discretion.

  • We reserve the right to issue replacements for products at our discretion.

 

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns of opened or used consumable products due to compliance regulations.

  • Refunds will not be issued for changes of mind or personal preference.

 

Shipping Issues

  • Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages.

  • Please check your tracking information and contact the carrier for assistance.
