Can I Pause or Cancel My Subscription?
Yes! You can pause or cancel anytime through the customer portal. The only exception is if your subscription requires a minimum number of payments before cancellation.
To access your subscription, use the magic link in your confirmation email or log in to your account on our website.
Can I Skip a Delivery or Reschedule a Charge?
Absolutely. In the customer portal, you’ll find options to skip an upcoming charge or reschedule a delivery date with just a click.
Can I Add Products to My Subscription?
Yes! You can modify your subscription anytime in the customer portal. Simply click Edit to add, remove, or update your products.
Billing & Payments
What Happens if My Payment Fails?
If we’re unable to process your payment, you’ll receive an email with a secure link to update your payment method. We will attempt to process the charge twice over two days before pausing your subscription.
Billing Schedule
Subscribers are billed on the same day each cycle, based on the original subscription date.
