Replacement Policy

Eligibility for Replacement

Requests for product replacements must be made within 60 days of purchase.
Due to the unknown conditions of the products after they leave our store, we cannot issue replacements for requests made after 60 days.
Requests for damaged or defective product replacements must be made within 7 days of delivery and require photo evidence of the issue.
