Ingredients

• 4 oz Fresh Press
• 2 oz pear juice
• ½ oz elderflower syrup
• ½ oz lemon juice
• 3 droppers SHAKE Drops (Gold)
• Sparkling water (to top)
• Pear slice & rosemary sprig (for garnish)
• (Optional) NA Rum, such as Ritual Rum Alternative

Directions

1. Fill a shaker with ice and add Fresh Press, pear juice, elderflower syrup, and lemon juice.
2. Stir in SHAKE Drops (Gold) for a golden shimmer.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
